I am an online marketing and technology professional living in the Northwest. I believe that the convergence of Internet technology, social media, business intelligence and XRM(CRM) will alter how companies interact with customers in ways so dramatic that we cannot possibly imagine them.

In the past I have been a senior executive at Alaska Airlines, Ascentium, and Lante Corporation (Avenue A | Razorfish).
